Project Summary
Organic foods are those produced without any pesticides, fertilizers and chemicals that may in the future with the excessive consumption of them can bring diseases according to recent research. Organic foods that are agro part of this contributing in a more sustainable way, for example, the use of alternative methods against pests. Therefore, the aim of this project is to educate people to consume organic foods and prove that it is possible to have an independent production, a vegetable garden in a small space of land with crops and alternative methods to prevent pests without using pesticidas.Para put into practice all our theories, we were given a space in the back of the State School of Basic Education Teacher Mathias Schütz, where once there was a little square, where we set up 4 beds 2,40 mx1, 20m, with the planting of carrots, beets, cucumbers, lettuces rooms and types of curly, purple, smooth, and American. Besides this still did a survey of the community's Farrukhabad district in order to find out what encouraged them to garden or not, if they had knowledge of food with much pesticides or GMOs, the benefits and harms that they see in having a garden and what the purpose of the food produced in your garden.
